Next week, Peyton starts Preschool!! She will start out with just two days a week, but we are so excited for this big step. I am really hoping that she loves it because she does NOT like being dropped off at Sunday School, so hopefully this will be a better experience for her.

So this week we are doing ALL the preschool prep! Since we are first-timers, I had my cousin, who is a teacher at her preschool, help me out with suggesting all the things I should be including in this post and what we should actually be gathering! I hope that this post helps you prep for a big step such as preschool, day care, etc. for a sweet little babe in your life!

Mott’s Apple Juice // Peyton loves a good “goose box” Haha! This is perfect for packing lunches in addition to a water bottle for the day.
Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Fine Line Markers // Peyton LOVES coloring. These are the markers we use at home. I haven’t gotten a supply list yet from her teacher, but these are our tried and true favorites!
Sweet Sprouts Pink Plain Apple Dress // First day of preschool outfit! My cousin and I got our little girls matching dresses! Her friend owns this Etsy shop. If you buy, keep in mind that this particular style runs a little big.
CamelBak Eddy+ 14oz Kids’ Water Bottle // The water bottle that Peyton uses daily! It took her a few days to learn how to use it but now she’s a pro. I love it because I can trust her with it in the car because it’s spillproof.
Inchbug Orbit Labels // Peyton got a set of these for Christmas and we have them on all of her favorite cups! This really helps the teacher to know who’s drink is who’s especially in this day and age where that is important.
Adidas Racer TR 2.0 Sneaker // The tennis shoes that P wears almost every day! At this age, I think it’s really important that her shoes don’t have real laces. These are perfect for everyday play at school!
Sun-Maid Strawberry & Vanilla Yogurt Covered Raisins // We just discovered this snack and Peyton is ADDICTED. Plus, I feel better about it because it isn’t total junk food.
Lilly Pulitzer Thermal Insulated Lunch Box // I bought Peyton one of these lunch boxes during the Lilly After Party Sale and we use it all the time! If we go out to a restaurant that she wouldn’t eat anything at, I always pack her dinner in this. Most definitely planning on sending this to school!
Old Navy Floral Ruffle-Neck Swing Top // My cousin said to make sure to pack an extra outfit to keep at school. I figured this top paired with the jeans pictured above would easily carry her into Fall and be stylish!
Nature’s Bakery Raspberry Fig Bar // This is probably Peyton’s #1 favorite snack of all time. She has eaten these since before she turned one. If you have a wholesale club membership (Sam’s Club or Costco), you can probably find a large quantity pack for this same price!
Crayola Washable Broad Line Markers // Ditto for everything I said above about these markers. Bonus points because they are ultra washable and literally wipe off. ofany surface with a baby wipe.
Sun-Maid Vanilla Yogurt Covered Raisins // Another flavor of the yogurt covered raisins I spoke about above!
Old Navy Skinny Pull-On Jeggings // The precious little jegging jeans to keep at school for her emergency outfit.
Bentgo Children’s Lunch Box // I just bought this Bentgo lunchbox and am loving it so far! It fits perfect inside her Lilly lunchbox and I even have room to place things on top. With this style lunchbox, the teacher only has to open one thing for her, and everything is fresh. Rather than packing 4 plastic baggies that she would need help with.
Stride Rite Nell Mary Jane // My Mom has been after me to buy Peyton some good quality Stride Rite shoes for preschool. I chose these because I think they will pair well with so many different outfits. Can’t wait for them to arrive!
We hope you have a great school year!
