I have compiled the ultimate list of all of Peyton’s favorite things for the first 6 months of her life! Read on below to hear about our likes and dislikes of things that we use EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Boppy Lounger- Surprisingly, the regular Boppy pillow was not for us, however, the Boppy Lounger has been our absolute best friend. Peyton sleeps best when she is in the Boppy Lounger. She actually still sleeps in it now (we’re working on that).
Summer Portable High Chair- We purchased this just after Peyton turned 4 months old. This was right about the time quarantine was beginning and we would eat at Andrew’s parents house very often and it was so nice to have this high chair there for her. It folds up into about the size of a regular folding lawn chair, so I know it will be easy enough for us to travel with and of course, take to tailgates this Fall!
Sophie The Giraffe- Sophie was Peyton’s first and favorite toy. We keep Sophie in the car and there is an epic meltdown if Sophie is not in the car seat waiting on Peyton when we leave the house. Sophie is great to keep Peyton entertained for the entire car ride, and was a life saver in those beginning teething times.
4Moms Breeze Pack N’ Play- This thing is now the new focal point of my living room. And it is so stylish, that I don’t even mind. In the early days, we would use the insert that has a space for laying Peyton and a space for changing her diaper. Peyton would ALWAYS sleep in this and honestly we used the diaper changing section to hold all of her things, like a table. Now, I lay Peyton down in here to nap or throw a few toys in and I can get things done around the house while she plays and I don’t have to worry about her rolling all over the place.
Chicco Portable Bassinet- We started out with the Halo BassiNest and HATED IT. Just my opinion, but it was NOT user friendly. It was way too heavy for me to move by myself and the legs take up so much room and Andrew and I both stumped our toes on them countless times. Then we came across this Chicco Portable Bassinet. It takes up so much less room, but yet has more room for Peyton. It is lower to the ground and all around just a better fit for our family. And the best part- it folds up and fits into a bag and we can carry it wherever we need to!
Fisher Price Bathtub- Peyton LOVES bathtime, and part of me believes that it is due to this awesome bathtub. Designed to grow with her, we have used everyday since her very first bath in the tub. We are on the third stage now and this tub makes me feel so safe and secure about her not falling over into the water.
Chicco Keyfit Caddy- Right after Peyton was born and Andrew went back to work, I was not comfortable going places by myself for a long time. The Keyfit Caddy is truly what got me through going out-and-about by myself. I am not the strongest, so for me only having to lift the carseat into the stroller was a huge blessing. This thing is small enough to maneuver around any store, but has enough storage on the bottom for our massive diaper bag. It is so easy to pop in and out of the car. It truly is one of my favorite baby things.
Skiphop Activity Center- This is the first activity/toy that Peyton would be entertained with on her own for an extended amount of time so that I could get some things done around the house. She loves to spin around and discover all the different activity options. I would also set other toys up there so she would have even more things to play with, or throw off in the floor.
4Moms MamaRoo- This thing is awesome! Peyton can self-entertain in this rocker for an extended period of time. She loves to reach for the built-in mobile. I love that I can operate it from my phone via their app. If Peyton is getting fussy and I am in the middle of something in the kitchen, I can adjust the speed or change the motion setting and buy myself a few more minutes.
