The start of a new month is always my favorite! I change out my center tubs to match the month we are in! October is definitely one of my favorite months so I cannot wait to share about my bins 🙂

This ELA bin is so simple, I found these wagons and pumpkins on TPT. The students will find the lowercase letter on a pumpkin and put it in the uppercase letter wagon. I added the mini lima beans to make it more fun for the kids to find the different cards, they LOVE it!

This is one of my math tubs where students are working on counting seeds in a ten frame. They match the number eraser to the ten frame that has the same number. Again, so simple but so much fun for the students and great practice recognizing numbers on a ten frame.

This is from a bundle off TPT from Move Mountains in Kindergarten and I am obsessed! So many fun activities included. The students pick a card, and find it in the pumpkin and color it with a marker. This has been a huge hit so far.

This one is basically the same as above but with lowercase letters and candy corn 🙂

This bin is probably my favorite! The superhero letters are adorable and the kids are obsessed with them! You match the letter card with the matching clothespin letter. Can you tell we’re working on letter recognition 😉

This is basically the same as above as well but math, haha! They count the pumpkins and find the matching number on a clothespin.

Lastly, these are where these lovely sensory bins live! These Ikea trofast storage bins are AMAZING and literally so perfect for centers! I would put these all over my classroom if I could 🙂 There are other bins that are non-holiday related, that I can share another time!
Stay tuned for November’s sensory bins, I am counting days until the first of the month! Let me know which sensory bin is your favorite!!!
