It’s no secret that when I am in the kitchen I am either making appetizers or desserts- no in between. With that said, I still need the best kitchen utensils to make those dishes happen! So today I want to share with you my favorites from my kitchen!

OXO Good Grips 3- Piece Mixing Bowl Set // We put these bowls on our registry and I use them almost every single time I step into the kitchen. The three different sizes serve so many purposes and they are basically indestructible.
Rachael Ray Garbage Bowl // This is such a clever invention. I set this out on the calendar every time I am going to be making something big in the kitchen. With the garbage can being on one far side of the kitchen, it gets pretty old running over every time I need to throw something away. Set this bowl out on the counter as soon as your cooking adventure begins and it’s like a mini garbage can right in the middle of your kitchen!
Kate Spade Mixing Bowls // Not only do these bowls work for mixing, but I use them to serve in and even leave out on my counter 24/7. I am currently using the “Proof Is In The Pudding” bowl as my fruit bowl that sits out on the counter all the time. I keep fresh produce in it and it is beautiful!
Rachael Ray Food Mover // If you haven’t noticed the trend here, I am a BIG Rachael Ray fan. I watch her show almost every single day and she teaches me so much (and Lord knows I need the help). This little gadget helps you move your chopped food over to your bowls/pots/pans/etc. Genius!
KitchenAid 5-Speed Hand Mixer // This hand mixer is easy to use and at a good price point for the brand. I have it in the bright pink and love it a lot. It stores easy and I can always whip it out quickly and it gets the job done.
Tovolo Mixing Spoon // Tiff’s mom has these spoons and I have looked high and low for them because they are the BEST. It is the perfect cross between a spatula and a spoon. I leave this one out on my calendar and use it every single time I use the cooktop (which, again, isn’t a lot). This spoon comes in at just under ten dollars on Amazon and would be perfect to accompany a cookbook, kitchen towel, etc. for a quick gift!
Kitchen Tongs // Hands down my favorite cooking utensil! Tongs are perfect for cooking spaghetti, frying chicken and serving up anything. I have lots of colors and like to mix and match for serving!
KitchenAid Classic Stand Mixer // If you own Joanna Gaines’ cookbooks, this stand mixer is a must. Most of her recipes utilize this kitchen tool and to be honest, before her cookbooks came along, this mixer was just a decoration in my kitchen (you guys, I’m not kidding about the appetizers and desserts only coming out of my kitchen). HOWEVER, since cooking Jo’s recipes, I have fallen in love with this small kitchen appliance and it makes my life SO. MUCH. EASIER.
10-Piece Viking Bowl Set // I have two sets of these bowls and we use them for anything! They are pretty enough to serve out of, travel well, and also serve as mixing bowls. Andrew mainly uses one set to marinate his special chicken in- I’ll share this recipe soon!
12-Piece Cuisinart Knife Set // This is a great started knife set! I am a big fan of the ceramic knifes and these pretty much cover all the bases. I have had these for a few years now and they hold up very well. Not to mention they come in fun colors!
Rachael Ray Non-Stick Bakeware Set // This set is on a small sale right now and comes with every size baking dish you would ever need. Rachael uses these on her show everyday! I have had this set since our wedding showers and they are still in great condition- and these are actually one kitchen item that I use A LOT.
