Girls Trip to Pawleys Island!

Girl’s Trip! We just got home from four days at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort on Pawleys Island! Andrew was busy with work this week and couldn’t join Megan and Peyton on the Raxter Family Vacation so Tiff filled in! 

Litchfield Resort has TONS of different kinds of accommodations on their property- houses, hotels, beach front, and waterpark views. We spent our days in their Summerhouse property. It is a condo-style setup overlooking the waterpark. We chose this place because we love the lazy river, pools, and knew that Peyton would enjoy the kids area of the waterpark. In the lobby, there is a Starbucks that we would walk to every morning!

Pawleys Island is situated about an hour south of Myrtle Beach. Each night, we would drive about 15 minutes up the road to Murrells Inlet for dinner. If you’ve been following along with us then you know that eating is one of our all-time favorite activities. Below see a list of where we ate:

Wednesday: Bubba’s Love Shak

On Thursday, we packed up the car and drove an hour north to the Myrtle Beach Tanger Outlets. Yes, it was worth it. Just to name a few of our favorite stores we shopped in- lululemon, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, and SO MUCH MORE! If you are in the area, these outlets need to be on your to-do list. Due to COVID-19 there were lines to get in the good stores, but the lines moved fast- don’t get discouraged. 

Overall, we had an amazing time! It was a great last trip for us this summer before Tiff moves back to Clemson for her senior year. Stay tuned for more travel posts… if we get to travel with our Clemson Tigers this fall!
